Michelle Lember - Partner

Michelle Lember is an experienced practitioner with a particular focus on commercial, property and family law matters.
She has advised and acted for commercial clients on structuring, contracts, distribution & franchising, leasing, intellectual property and property matters.
Michelle is passionate about franchising and has acted for a number of national and international franchisors across a broad range of commercial transactions. She has been an invited guest presenter and Chairperson at numerous franchising conferences.
Michelle has also provided strategic advice to clients in all aspects of their business from structuring for asset protection, expansion, drafting and negotiating contracts and protecting intellectual property.
She lends her strategic, commercial approach to the conduct of family law matters, with particular reference to the division of property on separation, divorce and children's matters.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Michelle holds Bachelors degrees in Economics and Business Management from the University of Queensland. She has also obtained Certificates in International Law from Marquette University in the United States and has completed a Masters Degree in Commercial Law at the Queensland University of Technology.
Michelle is a member of the Queensland Law Society and is President of Commerce Caboolture, the local chamber of commerce and industry.
She also volunteers her time to assist entrepreneurs in her role as a Mentor and Convenor in the Department of Trade, Development and Innovation’s Mentoring for Growth program for the Northern Corridor (Caboolture-Redcliffe-Pine Rivers) and CBEC's Women In Business progam.
Michelle is a mother of 2 and has earned State and Australian selection in Indoor Netball
